This Privacy Policy describes how CarlosBuildsApps ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Luggage mobile app (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store under the developer name CarlosBuildsApps) or visit our website at callmecarlos.com (collectively, the "Services"). Luggage is a client for the Discworld MUD, a text-based online game.

Information We Collect

The Luggage mobile app is designed to minimize data collection. Specifically:

• Settings and content you create in the app (aliases, triggers, timers, quick commands, radial-wheel configurations, notes, connection profiles, and similar customization) are stored on your device only. We do not upload or receive them.
• Game session data. Luggage connects directly to Discworld MUD servers you choose. We do not intercept, log, or store the contents of your gameplay on our servers.
• Optional Luggage Bouncer service. If you enable the optional bouncer feature (an opt-in server at luggage.callmecarlos.com that preserves your scrollback and reconnect state across brief disconnections), the bouncer temporarily holds your game session data on its server so you can resume where you left off. This session data is associated with a device-generated authentication key you control, not with a name, email, or phone number. Session data is not shared with anyone else and is retained only for the duration needed to serve the reconnect feature.
• Diagnostics reports. If you run the in-app Diagnostics tool (Settings → Help → Diagnostics), the app generates a report on your device. The report is not automatically sent to us. You choose whether to save, copy, or share it (for example, to a Discord support channel).
• Website usage. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) may be recorded by callmecarlos.com and its hosting provider for security and troubleshooting purposes.

The Luggage app does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. It contains no third-party advertising SDKs and no analytics SDKs.

How We Use Information

Information handled by the Services is used only for the following purposes:

• To operate the app and, where enabled, the optional Luggage Bouncer reconnect service.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse of our services.
• To respond when you contact us for support.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• With hosting and infrastructure providers strictly to operate our services (for example, the server that hosts the optional Luggage Bouncer and the callmecarlos.com website).
• To comply with a legal obligation, valid legal process, or lawful request from a government authority.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of CarlosBuildsApps, our users, or others.
• With your explicit consent (for example, when you choose to share a Diagnostics report).

Data Security

We use appropriate technical measures to protect information handled by the Services, including TLS encryption for connections between the Luggage app and the optional Luggage Bouncer, and standard HTTPS for callmecarlos.com. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Your Rights

Because settings and customization created inside the Luggage app live on your device, you can view, edit, or delete them at any time by using the app or by uninstalling it. If you have used the optional Luggage Bouncer service and would like the associated session data removed, contact us using the details below. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you.
